Project Delivery Lead

Delivery-focused software leadership role

Role Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of Cloud Construct’s bespoke software development projects.

This role owns the context of the software we are building and why, working closely with clients and developers to ensure requirements are clearly defined, scope is well managed, and projects progress smoothly from onboarding through to delivery.

The Project Manager acts as the central point of coordination between clients and our development team, ensuring projects are delivered with clarity, transparency, and strong communication throughout.

Beyond project coordination, the role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide clients through decisions around scope, priorities, and budget as projects evolve.

The Project Manager works closely with our Project Coordinator, who manages daily scheduling and capacity planning. This allows the Project Manager to focus on project leadership, client communication, and successful delivery outcomes.

Cloud Construct is an expanding bespoke software development agency that designs and builds custom systems for both growing and established businesses. Our solutions integrate with existing platforms, automate workflows, and provide scalable infrastructure that supports long-term growth.

We work closely with clients across the full lifecycle of their systems: discovery, development, implementation, and ongoing improvement. Our goal is not simply to deliver great software but to help clients achieve measurable business outcomes through the technology we create.

This role is part of a wider mission to establish a dedicated customer-facing team that will work alongside our talented developers to continually improve the client experience and increase client lifetime value.

To support this mission, we are hiring a Project Manager to lead the delivery of our bespoke software projects and act as the primary point of coordination between our clients and our development team.
