Across numerous clients, we have specially designed and built functionality to help customer satisfaction including custom size comparison tools and since Iron Heart started working with us in 2016 we have helped them double their online sales whilst simultaneously reducing their admin costs significantly.
Following the new website, we have worked to optimise the design and usability of the site, generating more traffic and a better conversion rate.
Iron Heart jeans are luxury items and a customer will often spend a long time deliberating over their choice before making a purchase. We have worked with Iron Heart to provide as much detail of an item as possible, including hi-res zoomable product images, video and close-up material swatch images.
Specially designed and built functionality, including a custom size comparison tool, have been added to ensure a customer gets the right fit every time they buy, leading to increased customer satisfaction and reduced costs of returns.
Most importantly, we have built a solid relationship with Iron Heart, built on trust and communication. Regular meetings and conference calls, combined with the use by both parties of project management software, allow us to integrate into the Iron Heart team and work as if we are their in-house developers.
